Fashion moves VERY fast which is why we have delivery’s arriving every few days! Be quick though as styles do sell out fast we don’t get many of each item making them a hot treasure for your wardrobe…

Deliveries

We believe in getting your items out to you as soon as possible!

All Items will be sent out the NEXT working day.
Please select the desired delivery method when at the checkout section:

Collection - SS12
Express - 1-3 Business days £5.00
Standard - 2-4 Business days £3.00

If you would like to collect and you are local in and around Essex please direct message us. Please check your emails and junk emails to check your status of delivery and tracking number.

Customer Service is really important to us which is why we will do our upmost best to have your item delivered to you in the time scale/date needed.

RETURNS

We hope you love your items as much as we do! But we understand that sometimes items may not be to your style once tried on or sizes may not fit which is why we offer a 7 day exchange or store credit voucher.

Returns must reach us no later than 7 days from the date you receive your order if posted out. Orders for collection will be offered a 7 day exchange from the date the order was available for collection.

NOTE please check emails and junk emails for tracking numbers or collection dates, as you will be sent your information about your order via the email you provided when placing order.

NOTE Items must be in the same condition as received with the tags still attached, Unworn & No Sign of Makeup Or Perfume Scents. If in this case we reserve the right to decline the exchange and your item will be send back to the original address.

Customers are responsible for returning back the item to our returns address (please contact us directly for this) postage is also liable to the customer. We do advise that you send back recorded so you can keep a track of your item.

Please be advised we do not accept any returns on sale items all sale orders are final.
